# My Dashboards

Build your own view of the market data you care about — pick the widgets you want and arrange them how you like.

Dashboards let you build your own view of the market data you care about. Pick the widgets you want, arrange them how you like, and keep several dashboards for different purposes — by region, product, client, or however you work.

## Creating a Dashboard

1. Under **Dashboards** in the sidebar, click **Create Dashboard** (or **All Dashboards** if you already have one). This opens **My Dashboards**.
2. Choose **Create From Scratch** for a blank canvas, or **Create Demo Dashboard** for a pre-built one with swap rates, bond yields and market data already in place. If you already have dashboards, click **New Dashboard** instead.
3. For a new dashboard, give it a name, add a description if you want one, and click **Create Dashboard**.

## Adding Widgets

Click **Add Widget** to open the widget library. Widgets are grouped by category and searchable — browse or search the panel to see what's available.

## Arranging and Saving

Drag widgets to reposition them, and use the cog on each widget to change its settings or the ✕ to remove it. Changes save automatically while you edit (**All changes saved**); click **Done** when you have finished.

You can create as many dashboards as you need and switch between them from **All Dashboards** in the sidebar. Use the pin icon on **My Dashboards** to keep a dashboard in the sidebar itself.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://www.bluegamma.io/documentation/getting-started/quick-start/my-dashboards.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
