Rate data terms of use

These terms are issued by Blue Gamma Ltd (“BlueGamma”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13557066, and apply to every visitor to our public pages. By accessing those pages you accept them.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the rate data, curves, tables, charts and related content published on the public pages of bluegamma.io (the “Data”) — that is, the pages accessible without an account.

They do not apply to data accessed through a free trial, a subscription or our API, which is governed by the BlueGamma subscription terms. Where the two overlap, the subscription terms prevail. Access to a public page confers no rights in respect of content available only to registered users.

2. The Data

The Data comprises indicative mid swap rates and related market data derived from a range of market sources. Mid rates only are published; bid and offer rates are not.

The Data is indicative and is provided for information only. It does not constitute a quotation, an offer or invitation to transact, a valuation, or investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. Our construction methodology is described on our methodology page.

3. Purpose of publication

BlueGamma publishes the Data on its public pages for the purpose of marketing its curve data and related services, which are supplied to clients on a commercial basis.

The public pages are promotional in nature. They are not a data service, and we give no undertaking that any particular rate, tenor, currency or page will continue to be published, or will be published at any particular time or frequency.

4. Rights in the Data

The Data is published by BlueGamma. All rights in the Data and in the pages on which it appears, including copyright and database rights in its compilation and presentation, are reserved by BlueGamma and its licensors.

5. Permitted use

You may access and view the Data on our public pages for your own information.

No other use is permitted without our prior written consent. Any reproduction, distribution, storage, transmission or commercial use of the Data requires a written licence from us. Requests should be sent to support@bluegamma.io.

6. Restrictions

Except with our prior written consent, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display the Data, in whole or in part;
• extract or re-utilise the Data systematically or by automated means, including scraping, crawling, harvesting or bulk downloading;
• store, cache or index the Data other than as part of ordinary browsing;
• sell, resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercialise the Data;
• incorporate the Data into any product, service, dataset, model or publication;
• use the Data to create, train, benchmark or improve any competing service or dataset;
• present the Data as your own, or remove or obscure any attribution, notice or watermark; or
• use the Data in any way that is unlawful or that brings BlueGamma into disrepute.

7. Acknowledgement and linking

Where we have granted written consent to use the Data, you must acknowledge BlueGamma as the source in the form set out below. The acknowledgement is a condition of that consent.

Online use

The acknowledgement must include a hyperlink to the specific page from which the figure was taken. It must be a standard, crawlable HTML link. Redirects, link shorteners, script-generated links, image-only credits and links marked nofollow, sponsored or ugc do not satisfy this requirement.

The acknowledgement must:

• link to the exact page the figure was taken from, not to our home page;
• use “BlueGamma”, or the title of the source page, as the visible link text — for example “BlueGamma SONIA swap rates”;
• appear adjacent to the figure, table or chart it relates to, and be legible; and
• state the date, and where relevant the time, at which the figure was taken.

8. Public pages and licensed access

Our public pages publish a limited selection of tenors and some calculated rates. Full historical series, live curves, pricing tools and downloads are available only under a free trial or a subscription, subject to the subscription terms.

Nothing in these terms grants access to that licensed content, and no restriction in them applies to what you may read on a public page.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Data is published in good faith but is provided “as is”. We give no warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose. The Data may contain errors, may be delayed and may be revised without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueGamma accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Changes, contact and governing law

This is version 1.0, effective 1 August 2026. We may amend these terms from time to time. Any amended version will be published on this page with a new version number and effective date, and superseded versions will remain available. Amendments are not retrospective.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
